"'Be still, and know that I am GOD; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!"' ~ PSALM 46:10 ~ "Be still and know that I am GOD" does not mean you sit in meditation all day, although physically still periods are important. What it means is that even in the midst of a busy life, there is an undercurrent, a foundation of stillness that is always present. When you operate from that stillness, you are fully allowing GOD to express through you.
